Exceptional, fully restored apartment at the first floor, with huge windows end balcony facing the green area of the Parliament Building, with St. Mark`s Church behind it, as a broad park surrounding a former Court Palace complex, which offers a vary nice view. Two spacious rooms, built in the best interwar Belgrade residence style, with high plaster molded ceilings, wooden covered anteroom`s walls and a fourfold glass door between the rooms. The larger one is equipped with a comfortable sofa (folding couch bed with a 110 centimeter mattress for sleeping), an antique Indian chest, a pair of art deco armchairs and a modern dining table. In the bedroom is a queen size bed and, in addition of the customary bedroom furniture, a restored rustic commode. Basic kitchenette allows for basic meals to be cooked. The bathroom contains a washing machine. The public garage is nearby and a free parking place in front of the house during the weekends.

The apartment is ideally located in the very heart of Belgrade. It lies at the intersection point of the four city communities. The most important establishment edifices are placed here, but surely one of the most interesting edifice in the neighborhoods is the Ministry of Post Building and the joint Museum, located across the back entrance of the Parliament Building. It has a considerable architectural, historical and cultural value as a representative example of a Serbian-Byzantine style, the only genuine modern national architectural style in the region. The Historical Museum of Serbia is few steps from the apartment, the Botanical Gardens, one of the oldest in Europe, are also nearby, as the Tasmajdn park and its dominant edifice, St. Mark`s Church, a place where you can find a 500 meters long jogging track. It is a neighborhood with plenty of little bars, small restaurants and taverns with domestic food. A nice coffee and wine bar (my favorite place) is next to the house entrance, an Irish bar just round the corner. A small super market is across the street, few healthy food shops are all around. All three downtown market-places are at five minutes walk.
