To ensure safe operations over the peak season, the team at Akaroa TOP 10 Holiday Park is 100% committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, hygiene and protection as required by the NZ Government Covid-19 Protection Framework.

Deposits

A deposit of $100 is required for all powered/unpowered sites and a deposit of 50% is required on all roofed accommodation during High season.

A deposit of the first night’s stay is required on all reservations during Shoulder/Low season. All deposits are payable at the time of booking

A cancellation fee applies to all bookings.

STANDARD RATE reservations a 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival (Excluding high Season).

HIGH SEASON reservations: Cancellations must be made prior to 30th November to receive a 75% refund. Any cancellations/re-bookings after this date will result in loss of deposit.

Please note our Standard Cabins are equipped with bedding, but you will need your own towels, cutlery, plates and pots/pans if you are using the park communal kitchen. These cabins do not have bathrooms or kitchens but are located conveniently close to the main facilities.

Dahil sa government guidelines para mabawasan ang pagkalat ng Coronavirus (COVID-19), maaaring humingi ang accommodation na ito ng karagdagang dokumento mula sa mga guest para ma-validate ang kanilang identity, travel itinerary, at iba pang kaugnay na impormasyon, sa dates kung kailan umiiral ang nasabing guidelines.

Dahil sa Coronavirus (COVID-19), mahigpit na ipinapatupad ng accommodation na ito ang mga patakaran sa social distancing.

Dahil sa Coronavirus (COVID-19), mandatory ang pagsuot ng face mask sa lahat ng indoor common area.

Hindi puwedeng mag-stay sa accommodation na ito para mag-quarantine sa Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Kailangan ng damage deposit na NZD 100. Icha-charge ito ng accommodation araw bago ang pagdating. Kukunin ito sa pamamagitan ng credit card. Makukuha mo ang reimbursement sa loob ng 7 araw pagkatapos ng check out. Ire-refund nang buo ang deposit mo sa pamamagitan ng credit card, pagkatapos na mag-inspect ng accommodation mo.
