What a charming guest lodge and wonderful hosts. The room was large with its own balcony and bathroom. It was very comfortable. It suited me to have both breakfast and dinner at the lodge and the food was delicious. It was quiet and very much part of the Tamang community. I loved being able to see the locals tending their goats, cultivating crops and building by hand. They all work very hard and look after each other and their guests very well. The son of the owner took me to visit the local community school and on a motorbike ride through more remote villages in the mountains.

Great co-owner (wife) who cooks great. Great dinner and breakfast. Loved the location, in the middle of nowhere, but it was the real Nepal, a tiny village, I loved it. Large comfortable room. They brought local beer to my room upon request. The water was decent but could have been a little hotter. Great rooftop views as well. Nice view of the mountain range. Daniel USA

It's a killer view property. You have your breakfast with a 1000$ view over the Himalayas. The owner Prem is a very knowledgeable and experienced guide and can take you on different trecks short and long. The rooms are simple, but you have a comfortable bed and a hot shower.

Highly recommend! I booked for 5 nights but extended two more nights for a total of 7 nights. Prem and his family who run the place are lovely hosts; very attentive but not intrusive. The included breakfast was very nice, fried eggs with Tibetan bread + porridge and coffee. I also purchased dinner for most of the nights… generally Dahlbat. All the meals were served piping hot and fresh. My corner room had a wrap-around balcony looking down into the valley. Plenty of bottled water was available. If I return to Dhulikhel I will most certainly stay here again. There are numerous trails and roads surrounding the inn for walking and trekking. The place is about a 25 minute walk from town so you feel comfortable and relaxed.

Views that can't be beaten, utter tranquility, family business. Room was basic but clean and bed was comfortable. You will see eagles and many different types of bird.

The views were amazing! On a clear day you can see the Himalayan range! The rooms are cosy and the hot showers are divine! Prem and his family are so wonderful and friendly, always there to give advice and help with anything. The property is a 30 minute walk from Dhulikel town so away from noise and in a beautiful spot. Also, the trekker’s breakfast will fill you up for hours - great to eat before hiking to Namo Buddha (a great day hike from the guest house).
