This attractively furnished B&B was completely newly built in 2022 and is equipped with all the amenities you need to even relax. The location has its own entrance and is free on the property. The room is conveniently furnished to create space. For example, the generous double bed is folded up against the wall during the day and there is plenty of seating. After a pleasant day, you can fold down the made bed in a short time. The location also has a new bathroom, a kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and it is served. There is a microwave but no cooking facilities. Coffee and tea is provided free of charge. Soft drinks, wine, beer, nuts and snacks are also available in the room; A small fee is charged for this. The room is very pleasant all year round due to very good insulation; cool in summer and comfortably warm in winter.

We are an adventurous family. In our free time we like to go out into nature; walking or on the (racing) bike. The environment where we live lends itself well to this. What we also like is to let others enjoy this beautiful part of Overijssel.

You will find this cosy, detached house in a green oasis behind the IJseldijk between Zwolle South and Windesheim. The location is on several (long distance) cycling and walking routes. In the immediate vicinity you can enjoy the varied nature of Overijssel. You can cycle to the center of Zwolle in 25 minutes. Here you can enjoy the beautiful old town, culture, cozy restaurants, terraces and an extensive shopping street. Of course we can give the necessary tips if you indicate what you feel like.
