The Apartment is easily accessible and located inside Suncity estate Abuja, which is one of the most serene neighborhood of the Capital City of Nigeria within a proximity drive of about 15-25 minutes from the city Centre and Airport respectively, The sitting room is spacious and comfortable with high end furniture enough for a family and guests. It is equipped with a 55'' flat screen television, air conditioning unit and a guest toilet. There are 2 CCTV cameras within the living room, one covering the main entrance to the house, and the other overseeing the corridor leading to the 3 rooms. Room 1 is fitted with a King sized bed, while the other 2 have double sized beds, all with full cladded headboards finished with robe lights for night time illuminations.

Public transportation is accessible to any part of the city, however, private cabs can be arranged for guests at a fee.
