Small apartment, previously it was my mother's house from her childhood, it was decided to divide it into small apartments, the city center is about 10 minutes walking, the railway museum is nearby, next door we have an Oxxo and 2 supermarkets very close, the buses to the center pass right in front of the house, we also have a small garden in front of us to hang out.
Welcome to our space, we manage it between my mom and me. Any questions I am always aware of my guests. (I much prefer a phone call) You can smoke outside the building. All access is autonomous.
It is a quiet area, it is an area of ​​local commerce and houses; We have a main street right in front of it, so many taxis, buses and cars pass by. We have a small park in front of us and the railway museum 1 block away, a small shopping center 200 m away, the Marquesado market 400 m away, and the supply center 600 m away. It is a main avenue, so it is important to take into account that there may be too much traffic and noise. It is important to know that the center of the city begins right at the Iglesia de la Soledad, where the historic center begins, this is 5 blocks away and it takes approximately 7 min or less to walk. Everything is relatively simple, you can walk to the center, it takes 7 minutes to get there, by car it takes 3 minutes and all the buses and taxis pass in front of the house.
