In Linkuva Manor you will find not only the palace but also the preserved fragments of the park: the chapel of St John the Baptist, the sculptural composition of Christ the King, a group of sculptures called "Rest" and two fountains. These landmarks recall a rich history dating back to the first half of the 16th century. You will learn about the changes in the manor's ownership over the centuries, the reconstructions, the fire during the First World War, the setting up of a German prisoner camp and much more... Different seasons offer a variety of outdoor activities in the park surrounding the manor. In summer, enjoy a picnic in the large garden, play football, use the mini playground for children, go fishing and feed the ducks in the pond right behind the manor. You can go for walks or bike rides in the nearby forest, which belongs to the Veršva Landscape Reserve. Linkuva Manor is an ideal place for photo shoots. In winter, there is plenty of entertainment: ice skating on the frozen pond, wild roe deer and rabbits sightings, and downhill sledging in the forest. You will stay in a fully furnished and modernly renovated studio apartment, designed for living and relaxing down to the smallest detail. For history enthusiasts, the Kaunas Ninth Fort Museum is a MUST and is located only 2.3 km away. Walk 20 minutes to see a breathtaking view from the Milikoniai Hill Observation Deck.
