The flat is located within a very atypical Soviet style apartment block. Whilst the building is by no means pretty, it is quiet, safe and generally owner occupied. Our flat has been completely renovated having been finished in February 2017. It has a very large bedroom with a large, and lavishly dressed bed. There is also a large TV mounted on the wall facing the bed. The kitchen/Living room is fully equipped with Oven, Hotplate, Sink and Refrigerator/Freezer. The Sofa in the Living room easily extends into a double bed. The bathroom which is all brand new is small but fully fitted. It has a full sized bath tub with a large over head shower.
The flat is located within a five minute walk of the main pedestrian street. It is also within walking distance to two lake and park areas as well as a museum. There is a corner store within 2 minutes and a large supermarket within 10 minutes (walking). Also many of Siauliai's restaurants and bars are within a 10-15 minute walk.
