Our Main area at our Star Bed offers a Deck, dining or sitting area while watching a Sunset and enjoying the view of Mt Kilimanjaro which is the perfect area for sunrise private breakfast and dinner. It gives you a wilderness feelings. Our Star Bed is set at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro which at 5,896 meters, is the highest freestanding mountain in the world and topped by one fifth of all the ice in Africa in the famous Amboseli National Park. The park provides the classic Hollywood image of Africa. Set in rolling savannah scenery the park is dwarfed by the presence of the pink-tinged, snow-capped peak of Mt Kilimanjaro. Our Star Bed is situated near the Amboseli National Park only 20 minutes drive to Kimana Gate. The ideal location for our star bed makes sure you never miss the breath taking morning and evening view of Mt. Kilimanjaro the whole location are facing the majesty of Kilimanjaro, as you relax by the camp you may have a chance to escot the Girraffes, Zebras, Antelopes pass by the camp! Getting to Amanya Star Bed Amboseli Camp is a comfortable 4:30 hours drive from the city of Nairobi, and 40 kilometers from Amboseli airstrip.
Star Bed is owned by Amanya Camps, it is a 40 minutes drive to Little Amanya Camp Amboseli, and 20 minutes drive to Kimana Gate our Main aim is to Support the community and other Programs. Me myself im a Kenyan Lady ,born and raised in Kenya I put much effort to creat more productive workspace. Our Team of traditional masai warriors will welcome and host you with their customary warm African greetings and hospitality.
