You will be close to everything! Renovated, quiet flat with all comforts, equipped kitchen included. Possibility of access to the roof terrace (booking access is requested since it is shared with another apartment). It is 2 floors upstairs. Perfect for families and friends of up to 6 people. A 2 min walk from the Corso Italia promenade and the "Fiera del Mare"/new "Levante Waterfront", a 15 min walk from Genova Brignole station, in 18 min by bus from the aquarium. You can find many restaurants and supermarkets, the bus 20 to the historical city centre/Brignole train station.
The "Foce" district in Genoa is home to the"Fiera del Mare" (Sea Fair), events like the Boat Show and soon the "Levante Waterfront". It offers a great choice of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and is well connected to Genoa's main attractions. The seafront promenade of Corso Italia is right next door. It is also possible to walk to the city centre. A 2 min walk to Corso Italia promenade, sea fair-new Levante Waterfront and free beach, 15 min walk to Genoa Brignole station, in 18 min (8 min walk + 10 by bus) to Genoa Aquarium. Under the house you will find many restaurants and supermarkets and bus 20 to historic center/Brignole.
