It is located on the ninth floor (served by a lift) of a skyscraper and boasts an enchanting view of the wonderful city of Verona. Located in a central and strategic position a few steps from the "Verona Porta Nuova" station (650 m), in the immediate vicinity of the Fair (2 km) and the renowned Arena di Verona (850 m). A strategic position whether you are in Verona for business or pure leisure! By accessing the living area you will find a sofa bed with a queen-size mattress, a 4k ultra HD 43” TV (Netflix and Amazon Prime) and a dining table that can also be used for Smart Working. Next to it you will find an open-space kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine with capsules available, toaster and kettle with assorted teas. The Master Suite offers a Queen Size double bed with hypoallergenic memory foam mattress, a wardrobe to hold all your personal belongings, a chest of drawers and a 32” 4k ultra HD TV (Netflix and Amazon Prime). The bathroom is equipped with a shower (served by a modern and ecological 50-litre water heater), complete bathroom fixtures, a washing machine (detergent capsule included) and a hairdryer.
