The hotel is massive and well-decorated. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff was very polite, especially in the breakfast room.

The room, the bathroom, the bedsheets..everything was very clean. The room didn’t smell of smoke (which is great as many Hotel’s rooms smell of cigarette) and it was comfortable. As I didn’t feel good, staying in such a hotel helped me a lot to recover. The food served for breakfast was good with quite a wide choice. I had dinner at the restaurant on the rooftop and it was also delicious. The plates are huge so be careful with ordering food:) The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they don’t speak English very well and I don’t speak Arabic at all: it is can be difficult to connect and have long conversations together. This doesn’t want to be a bad review, because for the important things we could communicate without any problem. As I was sick, I (unfortunately) didn’t use the spa and the gym and I cannot leave any reviews about them.

The room was very clean and tidy, bathroom will lots of products for you to use as I never saw before. Staff was very friendly and helpful, always there to make our stay unforgettable. You are 15minutes walking distance to some shops and restaurants and you can easily use careem to get around.

Mahmoud Mostafa was in touch with me as soon as the booking was done and made sure that all my requests and needs are taken care off before I arrived. This was very important to me since I was on my first trip to Iraq. Once I arrived at the Hotel all the staff Mrs Farah, Anuradha and all (don't remember all the names) did everything possible to make my stay comfortable. Things like getting money changed, getting me good information on where to go and how to get things done etc etc. They made my stay very pleasant. Thank you all
