A cosy, warm, spacious & quietly located studio situated in the centre of Dorking, tucked away within the Rose Hill oval of grade 2 listed houses. A nourishing retreat, situated in the garden of Cedar House, conveniently located within a 3-minute walk of Dorking Town Centre and the breathtaking Surrey Hills, known for hiking, walking, cycling and sightseeing. Dorking's mainline station is a stone's throw away, offering direct access to Gatwick (25 mins) and London (50 mins). The Studio offers tea, fresh coffee, fresh milk, homemade biscuits, chilled filtered water, high-speed internet, private parking, a kitchenette (for light cooking/reheating) breakfast bar, an honesty fridge stocked with wine & beers, and stunning, quiet garden views.
We very much enjoy welcoming our guests when they arrive and will do our best to be at home to meet you and if not, will always be available via mobile phone to give you the door entry code. Inside you will find a welcome letter with an internet code and lots of information about Dorking and the surrounding area.
A quiet, relaxing, and unique area of grade 2 listed Victorian houses where sheep graze in the 3-acre central private pasture. 3-minute walk into Dorking town center with local shops including Waitrose and Sainsbury, and a 15-minute easy walk to Dorking mainline stations to London and Gatwick Airport. We have ample private parking, easy access to local bus services to Guildford, London, Gatwick, and train services to London (50 mins) & Gatwick airport (20 mins).
