In walking distance of everything in the town and just a stones throw away from Colchester Town train station, convenience is on your doorstep with us. A large, superbly located, self-contained suite within a spacious and uniquely built building. Our suite has been attractively decorated with 1 double bed, a modern bathroom complete with shower, large fridge freezer and a double sofa bed. It also boasts a Smart TV with complimentary Super-Fast WIFI. This suite offers a very comfortable space. The property has all the amenities needed to ensure you have a great stay and also serves as a great space for business stays or contractors to set up camp. The room also features a fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer and cutlery. Guests also have access to our washing machine located in the laundry room in the building.
