Newly renovated throughout with our guest comfort in mind. Relax in this modern luxury home with fully fitted kitchen, high speed internet (350 mbps) comfortable beds and rain shower. This is an entire property with free private parking to the front and a terrace and garden to the rear. In summer, you can eat as many apples and pears as you wish straight from the trees. Eat in the dining area or at the breakfast bar. Also a great place to work with lots of natural light. The kitchen is open plan creating a lovely sense of space. The house is in a quiet street and positioned close to the sea and with the beach (250m), shops (150m), train station and buses (250m). Only a short walk along the sea front to Carrickfergus Castle, or take the train to Whitehead (one stop) and walk along coastal path to the lighthouse at Blackhead. Belfast is 9 miles along the coast or 20 minutes by train.
Professional man and property developer. I've been letting properties for a number of years. My career background is hospitality and design. I love food and have been vegan for several years. Loves: travel, animals, people, cooking, tennis, walking, hiking, diving, helping others.
Chilton Road is in a quiet residential area about 20 minutes’ walk to the town centre and castle. There are lots of shops and supermarkets including Tesco, Eurospar, Sainsburys, Marks and Spencer Food, Lidl. There are many restaurants and fast-food outlets. Buses and trains run along the coast from the bottom of Victoria Road. Head north to Larne or south to Belfast. There are several local taxi firms. Trains and buses run daily services. Car hire is available either at Belfast City airport or also Belfast International airport. We are very close to both Larne Harbour and Belfast Harbour ferry ports.
