A security deposit of GBP 50pp (minimum based on 2) is required before arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Early Check in and Late Checkout fees of GBP 20 apply for all guests. Office hours between 10.00 - 15.00 Monday to Sunday and emergency contact number for guest in house only will be provided on the check-in instructions on the day.
