The country-style kitchen is compact and has a double oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and washer/dryer, as well as an easy to use coffee machine or cafetière depending on your preference. The kitchen dining area is open plan, with a large country style table with seating for 6 as well as a high chair which can be provided on request. The seating area has double doors out to the private back garden. In the adjacent room is the comfortable cosy lounge with media unit, containing books and a Smart TV set up for easy access to all of your favourite streaming apps. The property benefits from superfast highspeed wifi. In the summer, the home is cool as the ventilation throughout this new home has been well thought out and we provide fans in the rooms for extra comfort. The home is equally cosy and eco friendly in the Winter.
