As a self-catering caravan, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils. The caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and WIFI internet access. This caravan has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. In the second bedroom, there are two single beds and the third bedroom contains two single beds. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge catering for 2 extra people. There is also a separate toilet with a sink and a walk-in shower also with a sink. **Please note check-in/out are Mondays and Fridays only. This means that you can make bookings Monday-Friday, Monday-Monday, Friday-Monday and Friday-Friday** **Linen can be provided for an additional charge - payable direct to the host (however towels are NOT included or provided) 1 small dog is allowable with an additional charge - payable direct to the host** House Rules: - Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. - Smoking is prohibited. - There is free parking on the premises, and parking facilities are available at the property. - 1 small dog - the animal is required to be house trained, restricted to the living room/kitchen area and not left unattended at the property at any time.

Thank you for taking the time to look over our property! We decided to let it so that families just like ours could enjoy our '2nd home' just as we do. We love the 'Van' no matter what the season, there's always some surfing to be done! It's our opportunity to let the kids have some good old-fashioned fun whilst we enjoy family walks, fresh air and yes...fish & chips :-)

This caravan is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Explore the sights and local attractions of PORTHCAWL - there is so much to see and do here including blue flag and surfing beaches on your doorstep! The park offers a lot of amenities including Splashland with a large indoor pool, waterslide and pirate ship. Pirate crazy golf, Bungee trampolines, an outdoor splash zone (summertime only), Next Level gaming area and an outdoor climbing wall...the list goes on! As well as a busy regular entertainment schedule they also put on entertainment in the Outdoor Canopy, great for little ones wanting to run around. Eating facilities on-park are second to none with the choice of Pizza at Pappa Johns, Tandori Kitchen, Thunderbird Friend Chicken and Boathouse Bar and Restaurant just to name a few. As well as on park facilities you have a plethora of pubs, bars, restaurants and other eateries. If you like to surf you have the very famous Rest Bay beach on your doorstep with Coney Beach and Trecco Bay beach perfect for the children. If you're a dab hand at Golf, Royal Porthcawl is just a 10-minute drive from Park. The Grand Pavillion is perfect for a walk where you can stop off for a bite to eat or simply a cuppa or an ice cream. For those who are more adventurous and like to get out and about, the Welsh capital Cardiff and its Castle is approximately 1/2 hour's drive away. The South Wales famous Jurassic coastline is within close proximity along with the fabulous Merthyr Mawr Sand Dunes - one not to be missed. The Gower and Mumbles are 45 minutes away, known as an area of outstanding natural beauty. Porthcawl is truly central to an abundance of activities, whatever your preference.
