Our home is an old bourgeois house, almost 200 years old. With parquet floors, beams and charming wooden details. You can enjoy the house's various communal areas: enclosed garden with veranda, living/dining room. We'll be happy to offer you coffee or tea, whichever you prefer! There are two bedrooms available on the second floor, which you can book with a private bathroom (which means that the second bedroom will not be occupied), or if it suits your needs, you can book both rooms with a shared bathroom. Important: an adorable cat lives in the house, he's very sociable, gentle and of course... curious. Don't hesitate to ask us any questions you may have!

We're a Mexican couple who came to France a few years ago to do a master's degree. We fell in love with the country and decided to stay. We decided to move to Amboise for a change of pace, as we were looking for a quiet little town without being isolated. And this is where we found that balance! We both work largely from home. Amboise is a charming little village in the heart of the Loire Valley, famous for its cultural heritage, culinary arts and wine. The town offers a wide range of activities to suit all tastes and ages. You can go for walks, hikes or bike rides along the river. Or simply enjoy the town's 3 châteaux (Château Royal d'Amboise, Leonardo da Vinci's former home and Château Gaillard), where you're sure to find pleasant surroundings and good restaurants nearby. The house is 400 meters from the Loire River. Less than 30 minutes away by car, you'll find the breathtaking châteaux of Chenonceau and Chaumont. We're also 25 minutes from the city of Tours.
