I will be delighted to welcome you to my cozy, air-conditioned studio. It is located 7 minutes from the Carmes metro and 14 minutes from the Place du Capitole, on foot. You benefit from independent entry with the delivery of your access codes, the day before your arrival. Please send us a short text message to confirm your arrival and that all is well for you. You will find all the shops, bakery, casino, butcher, restaurants, tapas bars, and the Carmes market / car park, rue des Filatiers, 6 minutes walk from the studio. The studio is fully equipped, TV and internet with fiber optics, equipped kitchen, and private bathroom. Towels and sheets are provided free of charge. The studio is on the 2nd and last floor, without elevator. You would be very kind to leave the white curtains and windows open when you leave and lower the drop-down shutters halfway (strong sun in the afternoon and protection of the studio) (sanitary standards, ventilation of the studio before the next interview) . Please put all bed linen, towels and tea towels on the floor when you leave.
I am Toulouse and can give you good adresses. I personally take care of the maintenance of the studio. I speak French and Spanish and a little English.
The quartier des Carmes, where my studio is located, is calm and charming.
