Up to 4 people can stay in the apartment, but it is more of a family room (a children's folding bed and a small high chair is available on request). Bedroom and living room with kitchen are separated, but there is no door between bedroom and living room! The living room is spacious and the sofa bed has enough space for 2 adults but if you want to go to the bathroom you must always pass the bedroom. All rooms can be completely darkened. The living room is direct connected to the bedroom, there is no door between living room and bedroom. At the living room is the cozy little balcony to the quiet backyard. So you can immediately dive into an urban neighborhood and yet have a very quiet accommodation as the apartment is located to the backyard and not to the street side, so you will have a quiet home. Important! THE LODGING TAX OF 6% ON THE NIGHTLY RATE (WE MUST PAY THIS TO THE CITYFUND) AND THE FINAL CLEANING COSTS OF ONE-TIME 20 EURO ARE TO BE PAID, Please Cash, SEPARATELY !!! We, Micha and Claudia, travel a lot ourselves and have lived abroad for several years. So it is important to us that you feel comfortable and immerse yourself in the culture of our hometown. We also like to spend the night preferably in a small cozy apartment. The Dresden Neustadt, a compact mid 19th century district, has become a diverse, young and lively student district with many pubs in the last 20 years. We ourselves are very interested in art and music, good food and drink are part of the enjoyment, all that you can do in Dresden, a city where we feel very comfortable ourselves. The Louisenstrasse is located on the right side of the river Elbe In the middle of Dresden Neustadt a trendy district with many bars. Around the apartment are numerous restaurants serving international cuisine as well as fresh seasonal and regional specialties, from vegetarian to vegan dishes you will find everything here. Of course there are many pubs and bars but also the usual snacks with culinary offers from all over the world. Bakers, butchers, laundrette can be found in the same street just around the corner, 3-5 minutes walk, as well as a coffee shop, bank and tram stops (line 7,8 directly to the center in just 10 minutes). Small and larger grocery stores can be found in the immediate vicinity. There are also many 24/7 shops. From the Albertplatz you can take the tram in all directions and there are numerous GOOD NIGHT LINES, so you can reach the apartment throughout. The train station Dresden-Neustadt is in fact within walking distance in 15 minutes. You do not really need a car within Dresden. In the surrounding area you will also find parking (parking ticket machine) if you want to travel by car.
