Our service comes from the heart and aims to embrace your wishes. We look forward to welcoming you! Before booking please keep in mind: According to §29/30 of the Federal Registration Act (BMG) we have to collect the personal data of our guests. Therefore, with the booking you agree to fill out the online checkin. We ask you to leave the apartment broom clean on the day of departure. In case of heavy soiling, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee. We ask you not to leave your children unattended. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children. Unfortunately we can only allow bookings of guests with the registration address in Erfurt against a deposit of 500Eur. Legal disclaimer: We offer 12 licensed holiday flats for tourist use (no minimum length of stay). In addition, we offer flats "for temporary use" for guests who "relocate their centre of life to the location for a limited period of time" (minimum stay of one month).
