As good as new 5* 2-room apartment with approx.70sqm living space in Bischofswiesen Winkl with views of the Untersberg, Jenner, Hohen Göll and the Sleeping Witch. The apartment has a spacious and open living / dining and cooking area. The new and high-quality kitchen is equipped with all common electrical appliances. The couch in the living room can be used as a sofa bed with a fold-out mattress (170*200 cm) for another 2 people. From the living room and the kitchen you can reach the spacious balcony and enjoy the evenings there. In the bedroom you will find a double bed, a closet and another TV. The bathroom is equipped with a large vanity, a mirrored cabinet and a ground-level shower with rain shower. There is a free parking space for your car. Charging possibility for an e-car on request.
The municipality of Bischofswiesen is located in the south of the Berchtesgadener Land district. Since Bischofswiesen is surrounded by the Berchtesgaden Alps, the community is very popular for hikers and mountaineers. Here you have limitless possibilities for your leisure activities. Shopping facilities such as a bakery, Aldi, Edeka, Rossmann and a sports store are within walking distance. Likewise, you can start your sub-mountain tours directly from here, for example. In a few minutes drive you can reach Berchtesgaden, Schönau am Königssee and the next town Bad Reichenhall. The nearest major city and regional planning center of the region is Salzburg, on the Austrian side. You can also reach the highway and Salzburg airport in just a few minutes by car.
