We are a family run business of four. I, the owner, travelled, studied and worked in many countries for leading MNCs and feel at home in various parts of the world. Exclusivity & Privacy Our spacious Executive Suites are located in the very city centre on both the ground floor and first floors on relatively quiet private premises. They all boast king size Swiss box Spring beds, top quality furniture, exquisite bathrooms and have access to our lush garden courtyard with chill & grill corners. Guest may also get access to our small martial arts gym, meeting rooms&offices, event& party spaces in our adjoining buildings, if need be. Additional fees apply.

You are in the heart of the city - only 1 walking minute to the lakeside - with all it has to offer: bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs & night clubs, museums, shopping malls, parks, lake promenade with all kinds boating, fishing and swimming & bathing opportunities. If you want to travel a bit further, Bavaria and neighboring wonderful Austria & Switzerland are only 30 minutes away both by car and boat. Passionate skiers and/or alpinists might even consider using our place as their base for skiing/ hiking excursions to Vorarlberg ( Austria ) and other nearby locations. The HQs of leading Multinationals ZF, RollsRoyce, Airbus and others can easily be reached on foot or by public transport. the same applies to our international fairground ( Messe Friedrichshafen ).
