Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove, kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, egg cooker, dishes and cutlery, pots, pans and everything others. There is a door phone, a bathroom with all toiletries, towels, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, bed linen, a terrace with furniture for relaxation. Also, there is a large plasma TV with 150 channels - international channels, English channels, German channels, Russian channels, Euronews, Eurosport, Discovery and others! The house has an elevator and guarded underground parking( 7 euro pro day for autos not higher 1,50, pre-order required). Children till 1 year old are free! Tourist tax is not including in the price (6% of the cost of living is paid by the guest upon arrival ).

The Opera House, the Dresden Art Gallery and other major attractions of Dresden are 2.2 kilometers from the house (2 public transport stops). The central station is 900 meters away.
