Located close to the island of Montréal and the St. Lawrence River, getting around here is easy. If you're looking to live in a peaceful community with plenty of fresh air, this is the place for you! Walking distance to restaurants, cafés, Hospital, supermarket and shopping malls. From hiking in Mont Saint-Hilaire to sailing on the Chambly Basin and cycling on the Route Verte trails, ample outdoor activities to spare. Surrounded by nature, you can go skiing, golfing, stargazing and sunbathing. Beautiful, spacious house in a quiet neighborhood with access to all the amenities and outdoor activities within minutes of drive. The perfect vacation spot year round for a variety of activities! Our prime location places you just 20 minutes away from the vibrant heart of downtown Montreal. Additionally, you'll find La Ronde, the Casino, the Dix30 shopping center, and more, all within a convenient 15-minute drive. If you have kids in the group, parks are a 2 minutes walk away. The house has stairs at the entrance, as you can see in one of the pictures. Around 7 stairs to reach the main floor and 5 stairs to the basement.

It is a peaceful neighborhood with ample activities all year round. Surronded by beautiful lakes and rivers. You can get to the main road on foot in 5 minutes. There are ample restaurants, 24/7 stores, gas stations, and grocery stores on Taschereau. The same highway leads to downtown Montreal. You can either drive or take the bus from the station near the house. Great provision of public transport around the area. We have busses, metro, express metro, and train. Use the "transit" app to navigate via public transport
