After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Roku TV or Chromecast for streaming. There is no dedicated parking. Paid street and garage parking are available adjacent to the building. Room service and daily cleanings are not provided. Intra stay cleanings can be requested 24 hours in advance for an additional fee. The view from the windows in the Studio and One Bedroom Suite may be obstructed. You may encounter noise while we complete exterior maintenance to the building. This building has a minimum age requirement of 18. If under that age, guests must be accompanied by someone 18 years or older. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

需支付损毁押金：CAD 400。 住宿将在到店前天收取此费用。 该押金将通过信用卡收取。 退房后7天内此押金将返还给你。 住宿场所经检查如无任何损坏，此押金将通过信用卡全额返还。
