Unshared basement space in the comfort of our home. The space is a 950 sq ft basement area all just for yourself. In this area you have a private bedroom with a double size bed, smart TV, free WIFI and a desk conveniently located for working and a closet. The living room has a sofa, another TV, a dining section and kitchenette with a microwave coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is also a private 3 piece bathroom just for you alone along the hallway. Close to central stores and restaurants, 20 minutes to downtown Ottawa and a 2 min walking distance to a bus stop to downtown Ottawa. Includes free parking space, easy access to the essentials, central air conditioning and heat.
