I've developed Vale 194 for guests to stay in a beautiful home with stunning stonework, architectural panelling, and polished concrete floors downstairs. With spotted gum timber upstairs and on the treads of a floating staircase. The stairwell is light filled with two skylights. My wife Jodie grew up in McLaren Vale, attending the local primary school, and her grandmother's brothers are on the war memorial honour roll. So her connection to the Vale goes way back.

Located in the heart of the McLaren Vale wine region, Vale 194 offers spacious accommodation with modern appliances. Vale 194 is a 5-minute drive from the beach, offering stunning sunsets in the evening. Willunga Markets, featuring many gourmet food and craft stalls, are 15 minutes’ drive away. The Shiraz walking trail entrance is only a few doors away. Five newly built boutique homes are found in the Vale 194 group. Including: - 3 king-size beds (with Minijumbuk Quilts and Pillows, along with dunlopillos) - 2 bathrooms with heated towel rails and underfloor heating - Al-ive bathroom amenities - Ducted reverse cycle Air Conditioning throughout - Fully equipped kitchen - Laundry facilities - Undercover outdoor BBQ dining area - TVs in the lounge and all bedrooms - Free Wifi - 1 undercover car park - Electric Vehicle Charger to houses 3 and 4 (contact Vale 194 to book these properties) - Polished concrete floors on the ground level. - Beautiful timber (spotted gum) on the staircase and upper level floors.

Vale 194 is located right in the heart of the Main Street of McLaren Vale everything Mclaren Vale has to offer is within walking distance or a short car or hire bike trip awy. 1 car park is provided for guests under the carport. Additional cars can be parked on the Main Street.
