There is no mistaking that this little lady is certainly well-kept. With no expense spared The Mistress is a stunning well-appointed duplex cottage. From the moment you walk in the door, you will be wrapped in her charm and warmth and her hospitality will certainly not disappoint.

We are available by phone from 8 am to 8 pm if you have any questions during your stay. We would love it if you could message us when you have arrived safely and also a message on leaving is appreciated so we can clean as early as possible for our next guests. Please please let me know as soon as you can if there are any issues at all so I have a chance to take the appropriate action to ensure your stay is it should be - totally stress-free and relaxing!! As I am not in the area I am unable to personally check the house before your arrival. I am heavily reliant on my housekeeper and I need to know as soon as possible if you and therefore me have been let down in any way by the presentation of The Mistress.

The Mistress is located amongst heritage-listed properties within walking distance to the Launceston CBD, Launceston City Park, University of Tasmania's Inveresk precinct, UTAS Stadium, the Launceston Aquatic Centre and the East Launceston Cafe precinct. On Saturday mornings you can enjoy a short walk to the Harvest Launceston Community Farmers Market and purchase fresh local produce direct from the growers. There is public transport in the Launceston area or there are plenty of local attractions that are within walking distance of The Mistress
