## The neighborhood Very Central in Ashmore ! Easy access by road to M1, Griffith Uni, Hospital, Broadbeach, Surfers. It takes 6 minutes on a clean run to get from the top end of Ashmore (near the train bridge on the Molendinar border) to Broadbeach restaurants! SIX MINUTES!
