- SOFA BEDS: Sofa beds are firm and could be considered unsuitable for some elder guests. In the Harbour View Deluxe apartment the sofa bed is a single lounge chair that folds out into a single sofa bed. The other rooms are as pictured. City View Room car space is suited for small to medium cars only. Street parking is available in the streets surrounding the property. Free street parking is available on Lindus Street behind the apartment complex. *House Rules* - CHILDREN: The safety of children and responsibility of care to the furnishings and property itself during your stay falls 100% with the person responsible for making the booking. The property will include items including but not limited to electrical outlets, power leads, large wall lent mirrors, expensive decorations and furniture, cleaning chemicals, bug sprays, balcony’s and balcony furniture/ hammocks. Children must be under constant supervision and considerable care will be expected of supervising adults in ensuring the property is kept as found when leased. - No smoking - Please return the apartment to a clean state, taking out rubbish, washing dishes & wiping surfaces. For best hygeine, only dishes that have been through the dishwasher may return to the cupboards. - Please respect neighbours and park only in the reserved space. - If sofa bed is used, please leave out for cleaning. - Common spaces close from 8:30pm. - No unlisted guests are to be in the property after 10pm. - No parties or events can be held in the unit or common areas (this excludes casual drinks or dinners etc. which are allowed). - PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW YOUR WELCOME LETTER UPON ARRIVAL.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR STAY - "Harbour Towers" describes a group of apartment buildings within the same vicinity and NOT a hotel. There is no reception desk or onsite staff. I communicate with guests regularly & you can reach me before 9pm daily. - Each apartment is in a different tower with a different entrance within the vicinity. - If you are booking multiple apartments for your stay, these will still be in separate towers. - Clear & easy check-in instructions will be sent on the morning of your arrival via your booking .com (or affiliated re-seller) inbox. These instructions will include your exact check-in entrance address & helpful images. - Check-in is 3pm - 9pm and I will always let guests know if the apartment is ready any sooner, however I cannot guarantee an early check-in. Checking-in after 9pm is at your own risk as I may not be available to assist. - Check-out is before 10am.

Located just steps from Newcastle Interchange you can travel the entire CBD to Cafe's, Pub's, Beaches and around the harbour on the light rail. Please note, these are elite apartments and not hotel rooms. There is no reception desk or servicing during your stay. Each apartment is different and located in a different tower with a different entrance in the same vicinity.
