Nice and clean, perfect location to walk to the Hilo center and to get the bus to different locations - beaches, Volcano National Park etc. Friendly staff and good facilities to cook your own food. Made some friends there too!

I’ve stayed at bunch of hostels in many countries, but this is one of my favorites of all time. They’re really the BEST! So good that I decided to come back here. They opened a renovated, large common area recently. So the facility is very clean.
