Stasiun Merino seluas 30.000 hektar ini terletak di tepi Sungai Ahuriri, 15 menit berkendara dari pusat kota Omarama. We stayed in Tim's Wagon and it was secluded and by the river. Fantastic outside heated bath to relax in and to admire the sky and surrounds. Really comfortable, everything that you need. Would highly recommend for a different experience.

The bed was soft and comfortable. The room was big and there were only 3 bunk beds so I could use enough space. The room was warm and there were extra bedding as well, anyone can use them. Lounge, kitchen and toilet were clean and I saw the staff cleaning there eagerly. Every staff are so sweet. Location is also good. It might be a little bit expensive compared with other accomodation but I want to stay here again.
