The lady at check in was very nice and friendly. Bathrooms and showers were very private and clean. Everything was small but enough room to be comfortable. Extremely fast and reliable WIFI.

Rotorua Downtown Backpackers is a modern hostel is located in the heart of Rotorua across the road from the I-Site and major bus lines. とにかく立地条件が最高に良かった。 バスターミナルの隣なのでとても助かった。 お米やパスタを提供してもらえる事がとても助かった。 10人部屋のドミトリーだったので狭いのでは?と心配していたが部屋自体が広くベットの置き方も工夫がされていたのでユッタリだった。

Haka House Rotorua is located next to Kuirau Park which features geothermal activity. Everything was awesome there! The friendly staff let us check-in a bit earlier and then we could store our luggage after the check-out. The room itself was fun because it was basically like a tiny house with a huge bed and a very clean bathroom. The wifi was ok, the kitchen was fully equipped and the location of that place is great. I have zero complaints and would definitely book with them again!
