It was way out of our expectation especially on the rooms, exceptionally gorgeous, with different theme scenery on the wall. Rooms are very cosy and clean. The staffs were exceptionally helpful, informative and accommodative. We could interact with other guests from different parts of the world. With free parking and buffet breakfast, it was really a relief and value for money to stay.

I agree with what others have said about this hostel - it's more like a hotel. Way up on a hill with a view of the ski jump high on another hill. The place was quiet, the room clean and comfortable and the buffet-style breakfast was outstanding with the usual fare as well as healthy choices.

In a prime location in the Frogner district of Oslo, Oslo Vest Hostel is situated 2.9 km from Oslo Central Station, 8 km from Sognsvann Lake and 1.5 km from Frogner Park. Det var rent og vel-utstyrt med alt man trenger. Veldig koselig, høyt under taket, rolig og perfekt til hjemmekontor, behagelig seng, jeg fikk rom inn mot bakgården og hadde ingen lyder fra pubene eller trafikken i gaten, og sov veldig godt. Janet som vasker opp er koselig og gjør en god jobb, og Agneta som manager også.
