The common areas were spacious, a large kitchen to use, showers had hot water and the beds were wooden so there was no squeaking. The staff were lovely and gave us advice for our trip - would stay here again next time we’re back!

Which work well for families or individuals. The workers I dealt with, or saw dealing with other lodgers, were attentive and responsive. There's an excellent energy to the crew. At least one member speaks Welsh too! Which was fun for me, a Welsh-language learner. The establishment itself's conveniently located in a lovely town. Bed was good, room was quiet; I slept well. Definitely get a top-floor room if you can: the view!
