Everything is clean, clear, and organized. The staff -- especially Tom -- is brilliant. Extremely walkable location;. easy to take a Borders bus to Siccar Point, a major site in geology and the history of science. I would love to return.

JUST SLEEP Hostel er staðsett á besta stað í Leith-hverfinu í Edinborg, 1,7 km frá Royal Yacht Britannia, 1,9 km frá Edinburgh Playhouse og 2,5 km frá Edinburgh Waverley-lestarstöðinni. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hostel. I stayed here for 6 nights and wish I would’ve stayed longer. The location was great! Close enough to the city center (easy walk or short bus trip) but also far enough to not feel like you’re in the middle of the city. The owners and staff are INCREDIBLE. Huge shoutout to Laura who is one of the hardest working people I’ve ever met in my life. Also was one of the cleanest hostels I’ve ever stayed at. 10/10. I already want to go back!

Gististaðurinn CoDE Pod hostels - THE CoURT er á fallegum stað í Edinborg, í 100 metra fjarlægð frá Real Mary King's Close. Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms, bathrooms and other facilities were kept very clean!

Kick Ass Grassmarket (18+ hostel) í Edinborg býður upp á gistingu sem er aðeins fyrir fullorðna. Á staðnum eru bar og sameiginleg setustofa. Extremely well located leading to a bonus insane view of Edinburgh's Castle from rooms; Rooms are spacious, plenty of room for you to get your things in order and comfy bed (also not a bad one for a single's bed)! Just the overall vibe of the place, slick design and it's cleanliness was awesome! Definitely gonna go back there next time I'm on Edinburgh.

CoDE Co-Living - The LoFT is set on Rose Street North Lane, just a short walk from Princes Street. It offers modern interiors within a red brick-clad period building. Great location. Kitchen and common area was nice to have given that the rooms themselves were too small to do anything

High Street Hostel er staðsett í miðbæ Edinborgar og býður upp á ókeypis WiFi hvarvetna. Quirky, fun decor. Incredibly helpful staff. Provided locking lockers in the rooms. Location was PERFECT.

Royal Mile Backpackers er staðsett miðsvæðis, í 5 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá lestarstöðinni í Edinborg og í innan við 10 mínútna fjarlægð frá Edinborgarkastala og er umkringt börum, kaffihúsum og... It is a very friendly hostel. You can see it in the vibe and the receptionists are also great. You can have a decent breakfast for very cheap price, which is a good deal. I completely recommend this place in case someone wants to stay here, either as a solo traveller or in a group. Also, the location is amazing!

Castle Rock Hostel - Adults Only er þægilega staðsett í gamla bænum í Edinborg, í 11 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá Waverley-lestarstöðinni og í 3 mínútna fjarlægð frá Grassmarket og Edinborgarkastala. Great location, the decor is wonderful and the staff too. Equipped kitchen, spacious and entertainment during several days of the week. Thank you all!

Just 50 metres from Edinburgh’s bustling Princes Street, Haystack Hostel is set in a renovated 18th-century Georgian building. Perfect location! Very central and walking distance to Waverly train station, the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street, etc. Check in and out was super easy and they communicate promptly via Whatsapp.
