The location is absolutely great, the hostel isn't a 5 Star hotel, instead it is exactly what it needs to be. Comfy, super cute decorated, welcoming and the beach is on step next off the porch. I am incredibly happy that I came there even if was just for one night. The beach is lined with hotels but this one is definitely the nicest.

The place is amazing, the owner and staff are lovely, the breakfast is always so typical and incredible. The location was wonderful to us 'cause it allowed us to get to know the locals and a not so touristic spot while having a bus just outside that connects directly to the city center! Will definitely stay again if (or when) I come back!

I quite liked that breakfast always included a bit of fruit. - Location is very central - They charged me twice without me noticing, and they were transparent and serious to tell me that and return the money. - They have a quick laundry service at a reasonable price. - They have portable water and coffee available at all times. - The property is pretty. - The rooftop is quite pretty and good to relax at the end of the day.

Hostal Casa de las Americas features air-conditioned rooms in the Getsemani district of Cartagena de Indias. The property is situated 2.2 km from Cartagena's Walls, 2.6 km from Cartagena's Gold... Great staff (especially David), who is very welcoming, helpful and also having a solution! Good room with AC, a nice shower and a big bed. Would stay here again!

Right by the beach and it is a great beach with nobody hassling you. Kite house is great value for money. Cheap and it is a decent enough bed for a night or two in the dorm. Kitchen facilities and a supermarket across the street are big plus. The staff were fantastic. So friendly and helpful. Laundry service was great.

Honestly one of the best hostels I've stayed at in a while. Sure the place has the feel of a grand Moroccan riad but it was really the little adds that made it a great stay. The bunk is more like a giant cubby with a real floor so you don't need to worry about shaking the bed, noise, or navigating a small space. The bunks all had curtains for privacy, a safe, outlets, reading and night lights, drying rack, and space outside of the bed for walking or placing your bag. Despite sharing the room with 6 ppl, I didn't have any issues waiting on our bathroom. Even if I you did, you can always use one of the other public restrooms. The pool was nice and I enjoyed the patios. Breakfast wasn't the greatest in the world but it was pretty decent for free and it's hard to go wrong with eggs and fresh fruit.

Mistica Island Hostel - Isla Palma is located in Isla Palma and features a garden and a bar. Guests at the hostel can enjoy a continental breakfast. The island is just amazing! The staff, the food, the atmosphere it’s just perfect. And of course La niña and Papi, you’ll meet them if youbdecide to go there… Ideal if you want to chill out in the middle of the sea. Ps: big big must for the hapoy hour! The bartender are really good (try Piña Colada and Coco Locoo!)

I arrived early for my reservation at Santuario and the front desk receptionist, Rosa Maria was very kind letting me put my belongings and luggage in the safe room. She also noticed that I left my wallet on one of the tables located in the lobby and immediately kept in a safe place and returned it to me after I came back asking for my wallet desperately. Thanks, Rosa! Even though I only stayed for two days, Rosa was helpful in explaining to me all the tour services that Santuario offers and giving me directions on how to get to the San Felipe fortress along with the best places to visit during my time in Cartagena. The breakfast was delicious and Kathy the housekeeper/cook went above and beyond preparing my meal as I requested it, I'm allergic to some food ingredients so good job! I really enjoyed going to the Pub Crawl with Gary, our guide that day. Good Location
