Easily one of the best places I have stayed during my 1 year South America trip. The location is so beautiful, the rooms super comfy and all the people super welcoming! VOLARE Experience features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Guatapé. The hotel is in a beautiful place and the huts are lovely and comfortable. The staff where so lovely and helpful in every way. The person who cooked for us was really kind and a good cook.

The staff were so warm and ready to help with anything and everything! a really good breakfast and nice rooms. it’s a 10min walk out of the main centre so a lot quieter!

Guest rooms at the hotel are fitted with a seating area. the garden is just the perfect spot to relax or hang out in the pool. The room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Good working wifi and airco. very friendly staff who even made me some breakfast, eventhough I had to leave before the official breakfast hours.
