Great place to stay. 15 minute walk from downtown area. Everyone was super friendly and breakfast was the best.

The Hostal owner was so lovely, she reached out to find out my time of arrival and had the room ready. She learned about what I was up to and assisted me on tours. The room was lovely and best shower I’ve had in South America! The hostal felt really safe, cared for and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The staff has the routine of helping guests down. I was met in the lobby when I arrived. They were helpful and gave me and my partner space. The owner was readily available on What’sApp with texting and calling. He was very helpful and reassuring when I forgot my passport in the room after check out.

For the price it's really hard to beat! Nice big comfortable bed and toilet always clean. Pamela and her husband were great hosts, very kind and warm people. They even make you breakfast to go if you have a tour.

A friendly and clean hostel which also has small rooms with their own bathroom. The owners Cecilia and Carlos were very helpful and available every time when needed. We were pleasantly surprised the room was cleaned every day during our stay. Definitely a recommended place to stay if you are ok with a hostel environment.

Featuring a new and convenient location only a 5-minute walk from the bus station and a 10-minute walk from the town centre, Hostal Campo Base offers accommodations in San Pedro de Atacama. My stay at Hostal Campo Base was excellent. Rodrigo was an excellent host who did everything possible to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. From wonderful recommendations to a heightened awareness of the small things - I couldn't recommend this Hostal more.

Set in a rustic-style house only a 10-minute walk from San Pedro Church, Hostal Mamatierra offers rooms with free Wi-Fi in San Pedro de Atacama. The team at Mamatierra is exceptional! Sebastian & Nayira were so helpful, supportive, friendly, and funny. Also accomodating with my last minute changes. They arranged all my tours. The tours were great and very well organised. They also organised my transfer to the airport. The hostel was very clean. They have two amazing cleaners who are very thorough! The rooms were comfortable and had a fan. The private and shared bathrooms were clean with good hot showers The breakfast was great and plentiful. You got a packed breakfast for early tours. Outdoor and indoor communal areas were comfortable and clean. Great location as only a short walk to the main strip. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and i am grateful to have met such great people. I can only highly recommend Mamatierra.
