The Riding Fool, located in an old building, has retained its quaintness and sense of historical charm. The facilities, including the shared kitchen and the bathrooms were immaculate. Our room was extremely comfortable. If we find ourselves in Cumberland again we will definitely stay here!

Το Char's Landing Hostel βρίσκεται σε Πορτ Άλμπερνι και διαθέτει κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge. I traveled alone and really just needed to sleep before the morning departure by boat to Bamfield, so for the first time in my life, I stayed in a dormitory. For 43 dollars, it more than served its purpose. But I chose this hostel mainly because it is also a cultural facility that was converted from a church. Its location near the harbor and its place in the local Art District make this place also unique. But its biggest charm is added by the owners who decided that the house they live in will also be a place of meeting and culture. I attended one concert and it was a really pleasant experience. Not only because of the music but also from meeting the owners, really kind and inspirative people. Otherwise, the hostel is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Parking right in front of the building. I liked Port Alberni, so I will return here with my family. We will definitely be happy to stay at Chars Landing.

Located in Victoria city centre, this guest accommodation features WiFi throughout the property. The hostel has a nice little bar. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. People are very kind. Very good breakfast and dinner, and that's for free!! So good. It was very cozy, I felt very comfortable there! Lockers are available, you could even rent bikes! Would recommend!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful location! Accommodations were comfortable and clean. Was great to meet new people from many different places all over the world.
