Staff is friendly. Easy to check-in and check-out. Room is clean. Kitchen is huge and has everything that you need to cook. Lobby has an amazing friendly environment with lots of areas to spend time with friends, watch a movie or play games. Everything was great

Also, the kitchen is super organized and the bathrooms were always clean, except for one guest who shaved his beard and left a lot of hair in the sink PS: there will always be guests with no respect for other people.
