Common spaces are nice, Beds are fine, They have hot water in shower, Kitchen use possibility. Staff nice too. In night they keep silence in hostal.

Simple accommodations but had everything you need: comfy bed, warm shower, functional lockers (unlike some other hostels in Brazil) breakfast included, etc. The guy at the reception (Gonza) was extremely helpful and patient with me when I had questions about this and that, as I just landed in Brazil a day before arriving this hostel and needed some orientation about few things as well as local tours. The location is right next to the centre (close to everything) yet in a quiet place which was nice.

Hostel Papagaio is set in Ilha Grande, 200 metres from Sain't Sebastian Church. Free WiFi is available in public areas. All rooms feature a private bathroom with shower. One of the best hostel I stayed in! Giselle and Eloïse are super welcoming and the other guests were all very friendly. The hostel being quite small, it's easy to get to know all the guests. The location is perfect, in the center of Abrãao, you can walk everywhere easily.

Offering practical accommodation in the idyllic Ilha Grande, Biergarten Pousada & Hostel is set 5 km from Lopes Mendes Beach. WiFi access is available throughout. My boyfriend and I stayed here over Christmas. It was lovely. The rooms were very comfortable and the shower was lovely and warm. The communal areas were really nice and made for a really nice relaxing stay. The open air kitchen was perfect for cooking any meal. The rooms were cleaned everyday by the lovely hotel staff. I don’t speak much Portuguese and I had no problem communicating with the staff as one of the receptionist spoke English. Everyone who worked there could not have been more helpful. The location was perfect and near the beaches, restaurants and bars and 5 mins walk to the pier. I would 100% stay here again.

Bela Casa Quartos e Hostel Ilha Grande is located in Ilha Grande in Abraão village and offers practical accommodation with free WiFi. The center of Abraão is 200 meters from the property. Amazing owners! And a lovely clean hostel which feels like a jungle lodge (I thought it was better than the pictures).
