Situated in Tupiza, Refugio del Turista has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, shared lounge, and free WiFi. No complaints about the Refugio, bed was good, wifi worked well, basic but good breakfast. We sat out by the pool one afternoon and had a beer, great. Area that you can use in backyard to wash and hang up clothes. Safe and nice staff.
