Offering a terrace and views of the mountains, Hostel Bad Goisern is set in Bad Goisern in the Salzkammergut, 4 km from Lake Hallstatt. A good hostel just 10 mins by car from Hallstat. Bad Goisern has plenty to offer itself. The hostel is just 5 mins. on foot from its town square. I went there during the offseason, so I was pretty much alone in the whole facility. The place offers a good kitchen, clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Considering the rates in the area it is a really good value for money. Checking was seemless and the host was very nice. Highly recommended.

We selected this place as our base to explore Salzburg, Attersee & surroundings. We stayed with family and seen many families there. Value for money and strongly recommended
