Offering a terrace and views of the mountains, Hostel Bad Goisern is set in Bad Goisern in the Salzkammergut, 4 km from Lake Hallstatt. Bad Goisern is a nice little quiet town to base yourself to visit Hallstatt. The hostel is close to the train station. A towel was included with the price of the stay. The showers by the kitchen were the best showers I've ever used in a hostel. Really interesting shower heads. The bed was comfortable.

Excellent value for money! Tidy room with spacious bathroom, reading chair and comfy bed, desk and TV. Situated a few minutes from the shores of Lake Hallstatt. Delicious buffet breakfast and very accommodating staff.

Located at the foot of the Dachstein Mountain, Jutel Obertraun is 4 km from Lake Hallstatt. Upon arrival it seemed like there was some confusion in terms of the booking. Regardless of that, they proceeded to check us in.
