This is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. It is perfectly located right by the bazaar. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. All the furnishings are in excellent condition. Unlimited free drinking water is available. It is a very social place where you will definitely get to know the other guests, mainly in the shared kitchen and dining area -- but it is still very quiet at night and easy to sleep. The absolute best thing about it is the hosts. The landlady and her son won't just give you good advice on sights, restaurants, etc. -- if they have time, they will personally take you there. The landlady recommended a restaurant to me and another guest, and along with her son the four of us had dinner there together. Afterward she took us on a walking + taxi tour of the city.

Good value for money, the location is a bit out of khujand but since i’m taking matshruka to konibodom is a perfect location for me, also is very easy to catch matshruka to panshanbe area.

It's a decent size room with good views and reasonable beds. Aircon is a big plus which is necessary in summer. The location is right in the centre. The place is very clean and secure and it's fine for a few days, there's no major issues.
