This lovely hotel is located in the best part of the city for touristic visits; with a room and balconies facing the Sphinx road connecting Luxor and Karnak Temples, it’s 3 minutes walking distance to the Nile River, Luxor Museum, as well as to the Luxor Temple. Taxis and horse carriages are always available at the end of the street, as well as the ferry and sailboat ports that are all 3 to 5 minutes walk from the hotel. And you can walk to Karnak Museum in 25 minutes. The place is very clean, lovely and cozy with a simple and nice decoration. The breakfasts that Mrs. Adel prepares are amazing, and makes you more than full for the day long, with his little boy Muhammed they make your day sunny with a full smile. Mohaz is helpful with everything you need, and off course, Mr. Omar, the manager of the place is a beautiful kind person with the best English that you may find around and he is eager to arrange your travel needs in minutes. As if it’s all is not enough, there is also a beautiful restaurant downstairs 😊. What else you can expect from a small hotel in Luxor?

Fox Egypten

This is a good option if you'd like to stay at a quiet place on the West Bank. The family is very kind, and your tourist money will make a direct impact. You'll be close enough to walk to several tombs/monuments, a longish walk but doable. The rooms are comfortable, family will prepare any meals you like.

Everything! Up to now it was the best hostel we stayed in during our tour through Egypt. The staff is super nice, as well as the tours organized by them. The included breakfast is quite yummy. They also let us use the nicely cleaned kitchen on the roof top to cook our dinner. We stayed in 102 which was excellent and probably oversized for two people. It included a very well working air condition, with an additional fan and a private bathroom. Up to now it was also the first hostels being really clean and also the first to offer free towels. They even bought extremely cheap and delicious sugar cane juice for us to make sure not to get diddled.

lovely place, location is wonderful, close to Luxor temple, friendly staff, very helpful and funny. We spend our new year here, and they did a really great job, we enjoyed the celebration, local music, food and we shared cultural celebrations from each country. thank you for your hospitality.

I had a really good time in this Hostel. There is a rooftop which is a nice place to hang out and meet other guests. The staff is really nice and super helpful. The ladies cook a very delicious dinner! Highly recommend! Mahmud the owner is also very nice and helps you to organize anything to a really good price. I would definitely stay here again! Thank's for everything!!
