Loved having access to a kitchen and Mychelle was super welcoming and even did our laundry (which was much needed after a week on Oahu first). We had our own bathroom to use and parking was included. It was a great place to set up home base for our stay on the big island.

Chris and fur-baby Roxy are excellent hosts, and the ohana was perfect for my husband and my two-night stay. It is centrally located in Pahoa town, making it convenient to run errands either to the village center or to Hilo town. The home is a shared accommodation, which was a first for us. There was another couple staying for one night, and they were very nice and kept to themselves. Chris is very personable and easy to be around, whether you want to hang out and chat, or just chill by yourself and read. Roxy is a beautiful, well-behaved Carolina dog, and for us, a joy to have around.

My wife loved having a yoga mat available in the morning. Easy to reach from the airport. Loved the little private balcony with the hammock.

Great place to stay would totally stay here again. They thought of everything that anyone could need while in Hawai’i. Only regret is we weren’t there for longer.

Well maintained, clean and an excellent location to explore the north side of the island from. The hosts are friendly and have things nicely arranged and extra items for use such as folding chairs for outdoors, a beach umbrella and a small cooler. If we come back to the big island any time in the future we’d definitely stay here again.

Off-Grid Getaway with Ocean Views in Paradise está en Pahoa, en la región de Hawaii Island, a 34 km de Monumento Estatal del Árbol de Lava. The porch and view are amazing. The big double doors that open from the living area were wonderful. There were toys and games for the kids. I would recommend this stay to anyone, especially families.

GUEST HOUSE IN HILO está en Hilo, a 2 km de Lyman Museum & Mission House y a 2,3 km de Universidad de Hawaii, Hilo. There was no breakfast. I loved the hospitality, and the value and price is great for families. I felt at home and will be going back. My friends and family was very happy and they all said, "I would stay here too and recommend this place to their friends and family.
